Acclaimed Clubs Offer New Playing Specials
The Kaua'i Visitors Bureau announces today that four Garden Isle courses have been named to Golfweek's 2013 list of "America's Best Courses You Can Play" by state.
The Prince Course at Princeville Golf Club ranked No. 2 on the list and Makai Golf Club at Princeville garnered the No. 3 spot. Situated nearby The St. Regis Princeville Resort, both courses recently reopened after undergoing extensive renovation projects.
Kaua'i Lagoons Golf Club, featuring the longest continuous stretch of ocean holes in Hawaii, ranked No. 8 while Poipu Bay Golf Course, adjacent to the Grand Hyatt Kaua'i Resort & Spa, rated No. 9.
"Kaua'i is a leading golf destination and these accolades affirm that we have some of the best courses in the state and the country," said Sue Kanoho, executive director of the Kaua'i Visitors Bureau. "Furthermore, these award-winners combine with Puakea Golf Course to offer stay-and-play packages as well as our island's many other activities and attractions."
